I don't get the Stephen hate... I quite liked him from the start...

He works hard, he's enthusiastic, he comes up with ideas, he uses commonn sense (right from episode 1), sure he makes mistakes and he plays a strategic game at times, but he's not so bad....

I wouldn't mind working with Stephen in my team.

He belittles others and uses 17 words when one would do.

You can have him.

Good luck to you then love.

He is vile. He finds one tiny fault and then tried ripping it to pieces. Tried his luck on Gabby today who totally smacked him down. I bet he was hoping he would not have been brought back into the boardroom. And all those smug faces he was pulling, reality check!

Shame he did not get kicked out.

What a nasty piece of work he is....I saw right through him trying to deflect the blame on to Gabrielle, but she gave as good as she got. I hope his idiotic bet falls through and he loses the task next week.

Bad ideas all the time. I also find him very disruptive.

Yes he is, Sirallun should have 'raised his bet' but explaining that if he lost, then he would be fired - done deal, no excuses

I can't abide him. He always seems to be smirking at something.

Circumlocution, I'll start passing around the pitchforks

I think you might be at the front of a rather short queue there.

That done my head in!! You could almost hear him saying "oh oh, this isn't going well".

The most irritating thing about it was that she was being specific.

The problem is not the mistakes (they all do them) and there doesn't seem to be any real *passenger* this year, so I'll give you that he does his share of the work. But.....I guess it all depends on what you mean by "not that bad". If you mean compared to some other seasons *cough* season 4 *cough*, then yes, he's hardly a machiavellian mastermind. But on the other hand, he's been the only one who's tried to manipulate other people (see week 6) to deflect any blame. Others (Adam, Ricky) have gone on the record to say that they were blameless when it was clearly at least part of their responsability when their team lost, and most of them have done their fair share of lying, but Stephen is the only one who took it a step further, and doing so consistently. And while some might see it as an illustration of how much he wants it and thus as a positive trait, I personally would find it very difficult to work with someone who behaves like that

He's got a nasty streak. For all of Adam's flaws he's quite harmless really. But there's something very unlikeable about Stephen.

Stephen has been lucky to be in the winning team. He's slippery and has terrible ideas. That stuff in the supermarket was priceless, looking for a wine expert when they were there to look at the style of bottles only.

I try to look for the good in people but really, Stephen is slimy and manipulative. He says whatever he can to save his own back no matter whether it's true or not. He is horrid. Give me someone with morals any day! I hope he learns from this and becomes a bit more humble and realises he needs to be nice to others in order to work with them. Right now he is self-centred and dishonest. I wouldn't give him my business.

"Not that bad" 0_0

He embodies the worst type of candidate in my book. He'll continously bore the PM with the most irrelevant "ideas" throughout the task thinking thats contributing! Which would be fine, annoying, but fine if he ever held his hands up where culpable! But the little coward won't. Instead he'll target who he believe's to be the quietest and deflect the blame onto them.

Its ridiculous that Jenna took all the blame for the video tonight, had it been praised its obvious she wouldn't have received all the credit! It just absolutely baffelled me that Lord Sugar didn't make more of Stephen saying it was all Jenna. In that case Stephen presumably stood there and did nothing, I thought Lord Sugar hated people taking a back seat?!

I don't hate him (hate is a strong word), but he's my least favourite. However, it's good that someone can see positive attributes in him. I don't want him to win (I'd be very surprised if he did), but I hope his experience on the show benefits him as a person and as an employee/colleague/businessman.

Yes he comes up with lots of ideas. All of them bad. Anyone who could possibly imagine that "Cert" would be a good name for a quality wine needs their head examining. It might be a good brand name for rohipnol I suppose. Add to that his strapline "oozes quality from every pour", a terrible pun which conjures up awful visions of sweat.

He only survived tonight because it was his first time back in the final three, whereas Jenna had made a few appearances.

All one of her previous appearances...

Stephen should of gone - his attempts at maneuvering Gabby in the firing line were disgusting.

My mistake, she'd lost several times, just one appearance in the showdown. I agree Stephen should have gone though.

He is very lucky to have got this far, very very lucky. How has he never been in the boardroom before now? So many times Ive thought theres no way he wont get fired and then his team go and win. I dont doubt he works hard but he has made some dire decisions ...

Stephen's not that bad? Each to their own, but I think he's awful. Yes, he has lots of ideas - but every single one so far has been awful: Belissimo, Grandeur, the bus tour thing - and do I even need to start with how potentially (if inadvertently) offensive Chink was?

Add to that the fact he never answers the question, always blames others and has lied in the boardroom on more than one occasion and only won his task as PM because he manipulated the rules (throwing in lots of freebies which didn't count against the task result).

Stephen's not the worst candidate this year by any means, but he's miles away from being a good, credible one. Compare him to Jedi Jim - not even close.

It was practically the first words from his mouth when he was given chance to speak - I thought here we go - Azhar all over again

I'm pretty sure next week his team will engineer his downfall - they know he'll get fired when they lose.
