Tom, Nick and Gabrielle for the final 3

For me, I think these three show the most integrity, honesty, likeability and common sense, and I could actually imagine working with them. They actually listen to the others and seem the most 'normal' personalities in a world made up of believing your own bullsh#t and spinning questions back at people to make themselves look good.

The rest, although a couple seem ok, I'd of had to give them a slap by now and get some serious ear plugs......all that spin, spin, spin, spin......waste of air.

I totally agree with your post. However, if it were entirely up to me, I would change that to Gaby, Ricky and Tom simply because I feel as though I haven't gotten to know Nick at all and thus don't really have an idea of whether or not he'd be a suited candidate to work with Lord Sugar.

Plus, I get the impression that Nick tries very hard to please others and at times it seems as though the pleasing is slightly superficial. I'm not sure if that's the case, but it's this gut feeling that I get. I'm pretty convinced he'll make the final though just because everyone seems to like him and he's good at hiding in the background whilst still being influential to the task, if that makes sense.

Yep I agree, Ricky would be my fourth sport.......he's nice enough, bit too much of a salesman for me, but still better than bleeding steven! And yeah, it's hard to know whether Nick is just a nice guy, or whether he's a sly one, everyone seems to like him though......hopefully now there's becoming less of them we'll get to see!
