Rise Against are one of my favourite bands, yet I've never ever heard them played on the radio. I accept that Kerrang may play them but I can't get Kerrang around here on any radio, even DAB, so I don't know. I have tried to request their stuff on Absolute when they open the phones up for a request slot and despite getting through, they've never been played.

Has anyone ever heard this band played on U.K. radio and if not why aren't the radio stations playing them?

Rise Against are an American Punk Band so although they may be played on Kerrang it will not be their natural home. You need to tune into the Punk Show on Radio 1 with Mike Davies, next on Wednesday 7th midnight but you can catch on iplayer.
