RedOne's work has become almost recognisable and generic but I do think with Gaga, he has the ability to create something magical. I think she pushes in a way other artists just don't.
I think this also may be the reason why ARTPOP is taking longer than we originally thought. She's so picky, she's not going to put anything out that she's isn't 100% happy with, and neither are such high calibre producers like Zedd or Madeon. That's a lot of different people who have to be completely happy with something.
I do hope that Garibay has some stuff on ARTPOP, I think his productions are so layered and interesting! But maybe her idea for the album has changed since they worked together, and those songs don't fit the blueprint anymore. Still there's always the app and I have a feeling she's going to use that to release music that isn't on the album(s).
I'm still here for the two volumes of ARTPOP - it presents a nice contrast and works with the whole idea of ART (here the more experimental/less radio friendly tracks) and POP (more commercial). Why do I feel like what she releases is just going to come out of left field and completely floor us? I have this feeling that what we're going to get is so different from anything we've had from her before. It might be an even bigger direction change than TF/TFM to BTW was!!
But she's planning something big. That much is obvious. This launch is going to be massive and I think they want to do it properly this time - she's not playing around anymore. Bring on ARTPOP!!”
I think these aspects of what remind me a lot of Madonna...gaga has the same drive, she i really INTO the music/creative aspect and when people/procuders/collaborators speak of them in the studio it is always lovely to hear...like Patrick Leonard, Nile Rodgers, Shep Pettibone, William Orbit, Mirwais, Stuart Price etc in their respective albums/eras working with her...and what i have found interesting is how the likes of Redone, Fernando have spoken of her in the studio before too

Thats what i love also the way they respectively utilise other producers input to alter direction/sound etc.....thats what i love anyway...when an artist evolves
But it will be interesting what comes into fruition....i think it will be safe to say Madeon will be a bigger name by this time next year, and Zedd will be more prominent than usual too by the sound of it too.
And yes HM i love that Ellie song too
