A bit like MissMusic said...i like the idea perhaps of ARTPOP being promoted by smaller gigs....small televised spots etc across the year post-tour rather than straight into the ARTPOP Ball...and if ARTPOP is in two volumes it can be spased out far more conveniently too
But back in the day albums didnt always have a wold tour to promote it...so maybe she can take the old skool approach with ARTPOP and save a tour until much later...plus with gigs and live shows...summer festivals/radio live sessions etc it will have the same benefit too...plus videos and radio circulation...i think itd be the making of the project personally...also a focus on the "less is more" angle of it.
