It's really twisted IMHO.

I think it was a (pretty transparent) attempt to give their image a bit of an overhaul from being overly conservative. "We're cool with the gays! Look, even Lady Gaga supports us!"

In sadder news, her grandfather just died and she's back in NYC to see the fam, so she's been looking kinda upset these past few days.

Great to see her back on her feet but you can tell by those photos that she isn't in a good place at the moment, she looks like she's been crying poor thing. It must be Cynthia's dad who's died? So sad the way she's had to deal with the loss of two grandfathers over just a couple of years

I suppose it's for the best, she can't be up and running as soon as she's back on her feet...I do hope this is a lesson to her though that in future she will take good care of her body especially on tour...we don't want her joining the 27 club!

She apparently doesn't like being photographed in her wheelchair, so that plus being upset over her grandfather is why she's been looking so solum recently.

Not to mention, she must be incredibly frustrated that her health is getting in the way of her plans. Things being out of her control and being told what to do won't be fun for a control freak like her.

Still. It's a great sign that she's already walking unaided and doing yoga, even if she still needs the chair to rest.

Oh I'm not bothered about Bieber - his followers were obviously just moronic little girls and their duplicates - I just think it's funny that Gaga has one of the better fake to real ratios despite everyone jumping on her previously when those other figures surfaced.

I remember late 2008 when i heard of her and checked some of her other stuff on YT i was going to buy the US release of TF....but then they said the UK version was gonna have more songs so i held on until Jan 09 With that HMV Slipcase thing.

Those 5 years went by fast. I remember when Just Dance exploded that song was everywhere for ages I got so sick of it and I was sure she'd disappear after it never expected to become a fan weird how things work out.

It's weird that it's only really 2 eras till she's been around for a decade - including ARTPOP.

I don't really get what people expect though. Why would she be talked about now as much as she was a year or two ago? She's not doing anything. Even fans struggle to keep the chat going.

That said...she made the most headlines in 2012 of any female celebrity despite doing nothing much, so she's obviously far more relevant than people like to think. Kind of funny when you consider her activity last year compared to her peers releasing music, being on tv and giving birth.

This is something I've been hiding for almost a month now, and because it's going to come out no matter what, I decided to tell you all that Gaga herself reached out to me and is hooking me up with her team of doctors, plus others, that did her surgery in NYC as I have been needing a hip replacement for quite some time (my left hip dislocated almost two weeks ago too.. I know, perfect timing, right?) do potentially do my procedure as well. We're planning on flying out this weekend, all expenses paid, for a consult. She won't be there, but the gesture is absolutely incredible and I broke down sobbing immediately afterwards. My entire immediate family is coming with me on this new journey and words can't describe how incredibly BLESSED I am. I feel as though this whole thing was planned by God and it still hasn't quite hit me yet. I would like to send a MASSIVE thank you to Gaga, her entire team, as well as Cynthia and Joe for doing an incredible job of raising the most beautiful person I know.. And of course GOD. I am going to end this here, but it is just part one of an incredible journey and I can't wait to share it with you all. Thank you for being so amazing and supportive, I love you"

I read the other day that Gaga is watching a lot of Top Gear haha! I honestly think in the future she'll move to this country like Madonna did for a bit 10 years ago, though she will ever leave NY behind for too long
