Hmm, I don't like the Judas hate, but I agree in the sense that she sounds like she's just having fun and isn't so much focusing on a ''concept'' and a ''theme'' and a ''cultural baptism''.

I don't know about that anymore! The lyrics in this are definitely for her fans, but the chorus has a great hook and it's far more accessible than I thought it would be.
Plus, we have the video in the next week AND the VMAs, and Gaga will certainly come out of that better than Katy judging by the fact that Katy will have to sing her chorus live.
