I've read a little bit of the Vogue interview. It was pretty good; Gaga came across really well.

Just wait. Those with poor reading comprehension and/or a keen interest in shit-stirring will have a field day.

I've never bought an issue of Vogue before, may buy this one though plus also there's an Azealia Banks bit in it which is even more of a reason why I want it!

Here's the Vogue article. Finally read it in full, and my last comment stands. It's a really good article.

That was a fantastic read thanks for sharing it another look into her world and I cannot fault, all the ideas blazing around in her head and in the air and she can make them all reality...also noticed the phrase "private in public" dropped in

No problem. Yeah I caught the 'private in public' part too; very sneaky. I still think she may change her mind about the album title.

Yes it's very classy. I'm loving all these MVs-it's a nice little insight into what she's up to.

This video is very relevant.

And to top it all off, she's released the trailer for the FAME commercial. It's pretty awesome.

etc.

Estimated gross for original 6 dates is nearly $44 million.

Considering she just added another 3, and there's plenty of space between dates for more...I reckon she could gross $70-80 million just from the S.A leg in the end. They love her there.

I think she's going to comfortably smash the $300 million barrier.

Christ, did they pack enough into that trailer?!

The live action version of the poster is bloody EPIC though. They probably should have just left the TV commercial as a panoramic shot of the men climbing over her. That is potentially iconic.

The full video will be a fun watch I dare say.

It really is quite epic and daring. I knew it wouldn't be a typical perfume ad, but I didn't expect this. It will be interesting to see how the general public reacts to it.

We'll probably never know because DS =/= general public. Unless of course the perfume tanks. The comment section will be filled with the same detractors and fans, who will of course be mocked and dismissed for liking it.

I wonder who they'll say she's ripping off this time? I can't recall it being similar to anything Madonna has done, but I doubt that'll stop them.

True on all points. We've said before that people will find fault in everything she does, although they seek out everything she does!

And this just got posted on LM.com.

EDIT:Here's the full version of the letter.

Quote:
“A letter to my sweet fans..

Today is a really happy day for me. The past year was a challenge, and I'm so happy to have my spirit back. I felt in chains at times. Whether is be the record label disagreeing with me on single choices, or directors who could only create an idea of "gaga" or what i've "done before" and not able to move forward, and there was also of course the incessant dragging of the most important single of my career in dead-beaten-horse-mud. Then there were all the personal moments. Betrayed by lifelong friends, mentors I've had for years suddenly taking advantage of me, and a massive struggles with my body image.

I've grown and left most of these things behind, the monsters of fame are very real. But I wanted to thank you for baring with me a little bit. Today's film is what happens when there is love and respect amongst creatives, teams, management. This project was run solely by the HAUS OF GAGA, ATOM FACTORY, AND STEVEN KLEIN'S fantastic team. I am feeling blessed to have removed those from my life driven by money and luxury, its all about the art of it. I feel free today.

Thank you for always being there for me monsters.

I love you.

LG.”

The trailer was amazing makes you wonder what an actual Scheiße music video would have been like. Anyone know how long the full promo video is supposed to be?

That is a trailer!!! Now THAT is what i have missed tbh...pure unadulaterated violent imagery!

Klein is back into the groove again! gaga is on top form again and (apparently produced by Ridley Scott) THAT Alien imagery is what i die for!!!

Totally can imagine gaga in a remake of Clockwork Orange Absurd, futurism....cannot wait for the full trailer...THIS is more than a trailer its like a POP explosion!
