I can't stop watching the music video for Satisfy me, it's so ... intense and artistic. The song has REALLY grown on me too.

I didn't get an EP either.

I'm not normally one for music videos, but just watched the Satisfy Me video and I really like it. Intense.* It was the song I liked most live… hope when it's performed live again it'll get a good response.

* Small voice - it's the opposite of what anyone should be saying, so I'll whisper it but it did make me think with image and sound juxtaposed that it is in fact, at least in this presentation - far moreso than anything on Misty Eye what you might have anticipated Aiden to release having heard him in the show we shall not name…. Just saying… Maybe it's only me who this randomly occurred to on watching the video? Anyway, the video is great and atmospheric, eh.

PS Anyone thinking of going to the Electrowerkz gig: BEWARE - if it's in the same room, when I was there there was only one unisex loo and it was broken and/or blocked and overflowing. Girls who needed to wee were having to do so in a sink! Never been so happy I'd not had a drink! Just in case it remains that way! Just beware of possible loo issues!

On the plus side at least it was in demand!

He's done extremely well. If he was a brand new artist coming out, it would be Brit Awards galore in my opinion. I hope he's going to get the attention for this that he so deserves.

Went along to Under The Bridge last night. He sang seven songs (The EP, The Way We Are and two new songs). The two new songs sounded really good, same sort of thing as the EP but not as all out dance as A Better Man. All better than TWWA. The crowd seemed to get really into it as well.

Anyway, I enjoyed it, he was excellent, songs sounded great and I hope it comes across on video better than the last UTB gig.

He did sing an extra 2 songs at Under The Bridge, which means he's not too far off an album.

I've given up trying to work out how things work in Aiden land!

The gig last week was absolutely brilliant. It's taken me a little while to take to the new music as it's so completely different to Misty Eye but I didn't want the gig to end and I'm completely hooked again.

Last night was really good. He was in such a good mood, laughing and joking. Thom Kirkpatrick started playing Golddigger when he came on stage and he was laughing and dancing along.

He chatted and joked throughout the set between the songs. It was the seven songs as before plus Tender.

He seemed really happy with the way everything was going and looked as if he loved being on stage. He still disappeared into the songs, but totally happy in between them.

And if Hero isn't a massive hit then I'm chucking it all in in despair. It's brilliant.

Happy New Year, Aiden appreciators! I hope that 2014 brings us lots more Aiden music.

I came across Aiden last week, almost by accident - I'd seen him on X Factor and liked him. I decided to sample "Misty Eye", liked it, took a chance and bought the album and now I am hooked! How can I have missed him?! Think I need to scroll through this thread and see what I've been missing...

2yr anniversary of the launch of Misty Eye on Wednesday and I still love it as much now as I did when I first heard it. The only album I own where I don't skip over a single song when I listen to it.

I've been listening to an amazingly talented singer from Blackpool lately called Rae Morris. Since Aiden is also from there, I can't help but fantasize about what a collab between the two would be like. She's apparently worked with Tom Odell on one of her upcoming tracks, as well as Clean Bandit, but it was this song with Fryars that truly made me swoon over the idea of what a song with Aiden might be like.

Well, a girl can dream!

I've just re-watched Aiden's performances on the show and I think I became a fan.

Unbelievable how early he exited.
He was easily one of the contestants who had more of the "X Factor" in the history of the show.

What a voice, what a performer, so much intensity. And he's very very young, he can still make it.
