I haven't looked at the credits in years but i always though she wasn't credited but claimed to be either way she didnt put the input in that she claims.

i think there was about 6 people on the credits for that song and 2 for `if i were a boy`, but she has no input in writing that song.

Ahh i see but either way we can clearly see some disparities in what she claims her input is and what it actually is.

well it depends on her claims obviously. if she claimed to have solely wrote those songs then that would not be true. however, i haven't actually seen her do that.

It's always bit a bit of an odd one...

Going back way before you probably thought when you wrote that post:

If you look at Opera, everyone always remembers the composer of the music so much so that the Opera becomes inextricably linked to their name... Puccini's La Boheme, Verdi's La Traviata etc... no one ever remembers the poor guy who wrote all the words!!

Possibly what people object to is that it has gone to the other extreme these days where so called "artists" will add a comma somewhere and then claim to have "co-written" a song.

Oh i get that but what i mean is when the evidence presented proves that it was equal i cant understand why some then take issue with it.
