Netflix stuck at 7%...

Recently Netflix has been acting up, for me. I've tried searching the 'net and it seems there are a lot of people in the same boat but no definite fix. I just wondered if anyone here was having similar issues...

I'm on O2 broadband and from Jan - April the content loaded instantly, no probs. Now, the app and service load up fine on both the 360 and PS3 but when I got to play something it gets stuck at 7% (360) or about one-fifth of the red bar on the PS3. If I leave it then the program/film will start to play after about 5-10 mins.

I've tried every suggestion out there (reinstall app, log out/log back in, turn off then back on, empty cache, reset internet settings on the machine etc etc). No joy.

Lovefilm instant still works perfectly AND, here's the bit I find a bit funny, Netflix still works fine through my iPad on the same broadband connection...

Anyone else having issues with it?

Works fine on my PS3 and on the Wii, no problem at all, I using cable and wireless LLU service via ADSL24.

I never used it on my computer, so I have no idea if it works on that or not.

chicaxs, OP is not using a browser, they are using PS3 and Xbox apps.

Bizarrely, though, I just tried it on this computer (wired into my router, not wireless - both the PS3 and 360 are also wired) and it gets stuck at 20% on here!

Just checked my account settings and, for some reason, it has no devices or computers registered to my account... I've heard of this happening before. Still doesn't make sense that the iPad works fine... wonder if it's an issue with them being wired, which would be weird...

ETA: Awesome support from Netflix:

If your Netflix Ready Device freezes, crashes, hangs, gets stuck loading at a certain percentage, or otherwise becomes unresponsive when you're trying to play a Netflix stream, turn the device completely off and back on, then try Netflix again.

If the issue continues, please contact your device manufacturer for more help.

Done some more digging and it seems to be an issue with O2 Broadband and, from what I'm reading, not a user hardware issue...

Nice of them to change something that buggers stuff up for a load of users!
