Wasn't Sophie Ellis Bextor in one or am I thinking completely different?

Actually wonder if Steve Marchant would be close to being pointless or Carell.

Feel sorry for the guy that said Mary Hopkins. They were cheated out of that.
I hope they get further tomorrow.

Yes, I felt that they were cheated over the Mary Hopkin(s) answer. Other people have given completely mangled answers in the past which have been allowed. (Rember the Horst Bortch answer for "The Magnificent Seven"?)

Also, those two say that they go to the theatre a lot so hopefully if they get to the final they will ask for the playwright question.

I assume Charlotte is used to geting her own way judging by her sour looks?

The categories change show by show now rather than staying there until they are chosen, so it's unlikely to be one of the choices tomorrow.

For my money Mary Hopkins was rightly disallowed.

Lucy & Charlotte should've applied for Million Pound Drop instead.
Westlife in Eurovision?! WTF is she on?

.
As well as 20th century playwrights, there is also a European playwrights topic which comes up quite often in the final round. But I agree that it is by no means guaranteed.

Well spotted, I've checked yesterdays episode and they weren't there so seems to be a new addition to the H2H round. Not sure why though.

Charlotte was a right mardy cow, at first I thought she was acting but she just never let the sour face go. Her poor friend, must have been bricking it at the thought of being alone with her after the show.

She sure was, despite getting 2 low-scoring answers
