Really can't get excited for the over limit... (sorry, big Johnny just took over my keyboard) PPV. a bunch of nothing matches, and a main event with the most blindlingly obvious outcome in history. I certainly wouldn't be paying for it.

Same. I don't know if I can be bothered to stay up late but I'm always scared I'll miss something good

I wouldn't be surprised if they change the outcome of the Cena match at the last minute. I can see Johnny losing and joining forces with Heyman/Lesnar to sue HHH/the WWE because, as you say, the idea of Show interfereing on Laurinaitis's behalf is so obvious.

I don't like the idea of a 3 hour Raw myself, 2 hours is enough.

Me too. Surely then they'd need to make every standard ppv 4 hours then? Otherwise it'd just feel too much like an episode of Raw. Then they'd need to make WM 5 hours, which is just ridiculous...

Whats the point of the 3 hour raw? It will kill the ratings and in 6 months max it will be back to 2 hours again. one of the worst ideas in WWE history.

Former WWE creative team writer Dan Madigan appeared on the Review-a-Wai podcast with John Pollock and Wai Ting to commemorate the anniversary of MAY 19TH when WWE released See No Evil. The full review of the film and interview with Madigan is up on The LAW website and here is an excerpt from the chat regarding an idea Vince McMahon had for Kane's character, Jacob Goodnight:

"I get a call from Gregory Dark, the director. He says, “We’ve got a little problem here.” This call is from Australia. I said, “What’s the problem?” He goes, “Vince has a suggestion about the movie.” I said, “Well, it’s his movie.” He goes, “Vince wants this scene in the movie where Kane’s character pulls out his penis, and he wants it to be three feet long.” I thought there was a connection problem, I said “Greg, can you just back up and repeat that last line for me?” He goes, “Yes, Vince wants Kane’s penis to be three feet long, and none of the producers are saying anything about it.” So I sat there, I go, “Oh, this is not good. This is not good. This is really not good.” In the right movie, that’s genius, that’s absolutely brilliant, but not for this movie.

"When the script was finally okayed, they brought someone else in to rewrite me. As a writer, the hairs on the back of your neck stand up; it’s an ego thing to be honest. So, they brought in someone to touch up my stuff. I read their version of my script, and I’ll be honest, it wasn’t good. Every cliche that I purposely wanted to take out, they had put back in."

Vince is deranged, but hilarious.

2 more matches announced for tonight...

A Battle Royal, then the winner of that will face either Santino or Cody for their title later in the show.

Feel like I have been out the wwe loop for a month or 2, silly exams.

But a ppv is the perfect way to get back into it. Looking at the card the fatal 4 way excites me most

Good match though - I can feel a deserved push for Ryder coming on. Given the lack of decent faces at the moment, I don't see how they can't!!
