I'm quite a fan of her dance pop stuff: "Who do you love now?", "Put The Needle On It", "You Won't Forget Me" and "This Is It". Last I heard she was signed to Ministry of Sound and working on new material, but this doesn't seem to have ever surfaced.

She was working on new music around the time she was pregnant with her son because she confirmed she was and her reality show even showed her writing songs with Ruth, a former ex factor contestant.

I don't see her getting back to it. I salute her for putting her young son first and concentrating on being the best mother she can which I find very refreshing in this day and age.

She hasn't been signed up to any label since she left AATW a few years ago. But they want her to.

I think she will continue with music eventually, but not right now.

I'm addicited to her and her music. Some of her songs are timelessly cool.

I remember that awful "you're beautiful" song that Ruth wrote for her. Thank God it never got a release

I dont think she will do any new music to be honest which is a shame, i still think she should have advantage of her x factor popularity.

she's trying to be a full-time mother! while that's commendable, her music career is gathering dust. she even turned down a return to x-factor which would have meant a springboard for musical awareness. her last single tanked despite being an x-factor judge so without any exposure who would buy her singles? shame she is really talented...

She had one or to decent songs. She is over 40 and would be competing without likes of Adele, Rihanna and Biffa.

'Girl' in my opinion is a phenomenal album, still sounds fantastic to this day, although i really cannot see what she could bring to the table nowadays music wise

Im listening to Girl now i agree with you. She should come back to music imo. Shes more popular than she was a few years ago and as a fan of Dannii's i really like her music and want some new tunes from her.

Just because I don't like her music, does not make me a basher . What is with some folk on here that you must not say anything remotely negative about Dannii bloody Minogue?

Always preferred Kylie, that's all - Dannii should stick to judging, and leave the singing to her sister. My opinion, don't expect people to agree with me, but if they want to fine

Well thats what it sounded like to me. Im sick to death of the two being compared dont get me wrong yes Kylie is more successful an dif i had to choose then fine Kylie but also Dannii has had some pretty big hits herself and her music is great. Neon Nights speakes for itself. And nowadays Dannii's really came into her own for some people who didnt like her in the early days and has alot of fans since XF.

Poison Ivan, chill out, I ended my last statement with a smiley face - I had to apologise to another fan the other day for a tame remark, dont wanna argue with you just because I don't bow at the altar of Dannii - be a strange world if we all liked the same things eh?

I've always been on the fence about Dannii. I've liked a few singles over the years but I've never really been interested in her albums. Saying that, I was listening to Girl on Amazon earlier which sounds pretty good. I think she hit her stride around Neon Nights and Club Disco. I still prefer Kylie.

Im a huge Kylie fan and i never used to like Dannii, but when she joined x factor she grew and grew on me and i took more notice of her material. While i detest her first album( well the material i heard) I do like some of her songs especially from the Neon Night era and i adore love fight of her greatest hits album. I had read alot of her fans raving on about the Girl album and i checked it and it has some decent songs on it although i dont like all i wanna do, but disrememberance deserved to have been a far far bigger hit.
