Good luck, everyone.

I liked the task specification itself, it allowed us to get in to our creative heads and the end results were both fantastic & fun to look at, imo.

This task, unlike a few of the others, certainly didn’t land within my collection of ‘strong points’ and I don’t think it would take someone particularly intuitive to notice that I’m not the most fashionable person in the world! However, I enjoyed it anyway as it was interesting to get accustomed to the fashion-world and it was nice to see that the two outcomes were very different. It was a creative task!

I really enjoyed the task, both working with Gav and the actual task itself.

I also loved this task so much! Working with Louise was a lot of fun, and the task itself was amazing!

Great, I'm glad to hear so much positive feedback.

Reflections, how did the task go for you? And how was Gav as PM?

The task was a really good chance to see how Zak (in particular) managed the fashion world, and I'm really happy with our product!

Gav was a great PM, easily contactable and had a lot of ideas. The atmosphere of the task was one of the best I've had and it was just very enjoyable all round. We both loved the concept of the task and were on the same page all of the time.

I think the task went very well! Both myself and Louise were very passionate about our idea, we really researched things well, and were very much on the same level when it came to the idea - I think we both really had a lot of the same ideas as to where the task was going for us, and what we wanted for our brand! Louise is excellent to work with, and I really would hope that our productivity was reflected in our pitch.

More positivity all round - let's see if Viveza feel the same way.

Viveza, how was Zak as PM? And how did the task go in general?

I hope I was a good PM this time round! However, I would say that our final product was a lot better than I had originally expected, which is great, and in terms of the task itself, (a la reaching the success criteria) it went well. Of course when it gets to this point in the competition there are a lot of strong personalities remaining so it’s not surprise there were a few clashes throughout the few days, but nevertheless I think it was still definitely a good task in terms of the quality of our final outcome!

What kind of clashes? And between whom?

Zak was an okay PM. I wouldn't say he was great, making numerous mistakes & errors in my mind, but he was very much out of his depth (as was I) with a fashion-related task; so I guess that is understandable?

I'm happy with the final piece of work we submitted.

Could you be more specific about these mistakes?

The clashes were probably mainly between Carlisle and Jess for the majority of the time, with various complaints of one "baiting" the other and such. I did try my best to stay on task, but I'm not saying I didn't get into any arguments either (particularly with Carlisle unfortunately). However, the final outcome is something I am happy with so whilst the arguments did nothing but slow us down, they didn't cause too much harm to our final presentation.

I'm not sure if Jess is here right now, but Carlisle, would you say this is a fair assessment of what happened?

I was scapegoated throughout this task because of my absence (which, whilst not an appropriate excuse, I would say is fair considering i've been out celebrating my 18th birthday which was on Wednesday!).

Everytime I was online, I seemed to be made out to be stupid by both Jess AND Zak, and was actually baited at one point in time by Jess - with her not even bothering to apologize or deny the claims when I spoke to her last night after the task, instead suggesting I deserved to be baited!

Whenever I seemed to post, they seemed to pick up on it or argue about it, both Jess AND Zak - including this is whether to use coats as part of the clothing line; which was blown up to the be the biggest fight since World War II! How proposterous; right? How DARE I question the lack of involvement of a coat in our clothing line...

Zak, feel free to respond to Carlisle's points if you choose.

For now, though, I'd also like to know how both teams came up with their concepts for their fashion lines.

Guys, I'm here (not in my entirety).

Carlisle showed up last night, like at 4PM (I wasn't aware when he'd be on)- earlier on Zak asked me to do some of his work because we had no clue whether he'd be on- I did the work- I told Carlisle it was done, he was all 'You've done MY work'. Then he seemed as though he was going to do some work, I tried to resolve the situation in a private chat by asking if Carlisle was going to range a dalmatian onesie (if you know him, you'll understand)- I wasn't baiting, it was a lighthearted comment.

Then Carlisle told me and Zak to do his work (meaning he had no contribution tho the final product) and when I was chatting him again, he was very ''55 minutes to go Jessica'. I really need to go now, but yeah!

First of all, me and Louise decided to work out exactly who we were designing for - we'd both looked at modcloth and noticed a lot of vintage inspired pieces, and decided to go down a retro themed route - then we figured out we'd most likely be targeting our pieces at younger people. We drew out what our target customer would be interested in and fixated on two key ideas - music and the environment, and just sort of went from there - the festival-wear idea came quite naturally after that.

All I'm going to say at this point is I don't feel that was the case.

Due to Carlisle's absence, Jess and myself spent the first half an hour or so of the task researching ModCloth and various websites similar to ModCloth for inspiration. From this, we then started to think of ideas of themes and came up with themes such as: decade reinvention; retro theme and the Friday night theme that we went with in the end. After that we then began thinking up various brand names that would be suitable for the Friday night theme such as: 'good times', 'night life' and the one we went with in the end of course, 'nocturnal'.

I have to go now, but i've sent everything I have to say about my overall contribution, as well as this tasks goings-on to her so if we lose; she has everything I would say if I were in the boardroom.

Also, she has screenshots of some of the petty arguments that occured for no apparent reason and the ganging up of me by the other two; clearly thinking that due to my absence (it was my 18th birthday, I wasn't not going to go out and celebrate...) I would be an easy target, and, you know what, yes, I am. But, yeah, everything is in my 'plea' (which is over 3,000 words long!) which if we lose, hopefully Anactoria will post for me!

I realise you have to do what you can to defend yourself, but, seriously, you should at least tell the story from BOTH sides. I have to go out now (more birthday stuff, yaaay.) but good luck to both teams.

Okay, since we're haemorrhaging candidates right now, I'm going to move on to the results of the task.
