love both of their solo stuff especially emma's she's had lots of singles out four from a girl like me & free me.
As well as three from life in mono she could pad out the rest with some good album tracks like sunshine on a rainy day, high on love, breathing, something so beauiful.
Also geri should release one too with a dvd of all the videos.

Surely the point of a greatest hits album is to put your hits on it. None of the Spice Girls have had enough solo success to warrent any record company putting a greatest hits out.

It is a fair point that not much will be on it if it is just singles..and even with new tracks it doesn't fill the album up

Geri

1. Look at Me (I would say a hit and it got to number 2)
2. Mi Chico Latino (a hit at number 1)
3. Lift Me Up (a hit at number 1 beating Emma)
4. Bag It Up (a hit at number 1)
5. It's Raining Men (her biggest number 1)
6. Scream If You Wanna Go Faster (not so great perhaps)
7. Calling (not so great perhaps but a nice ballad)
8. Ride It (her comeback song was ok)
9. Desire (her worse single?)
10. a new track?
11. a new track?

Not really sure what else could go on it lol

Emma had less number 1's but kinda the same amount of songs

1. What I Am (featuring Tin Tin Out) (number 2 but still a big hit but beaten by Geri)
2. What Took You So Long? (maybe her biggest hit getting to number 1)
3. Take My Breath Away (Single Mix) (an ok song)
4. We're Not Gonna Sleep Tonight (Radio Mix) (an ok song)
5. Free Me (a good song but quite slow)
6. Maybe (one of her bests I would say and should have got higher than number 6)
7. I'll Be There (not sure about this one)
8. Crickets Sing for Anamaria (bit of an odd song)
9. Downtown (this was good and for children in need)
10. All I Need to Know (Single Edit) (don't know what this was all about?)
11. a new track?
12. a new track?

Or a joint Greatest Hits lol Geri's first solo venture "Schizophonic" is still one of my favourite pop albums ever! So good and had everything from jazz to disco, ballads to Latino. Very ecclectic and fun!

Mel C is the only one that i think warrants a greatest hits, 5 studio albums of material plus b sides etc.
While im not a fan of most solo spice stuff apart from Mel C for die hard a graetest hits of all their solo singles would be a huge treat for fans and could sell reasonably well but it will never happen due to them on all different labels etc.

It can happen if another record label buy the songs from the other label..if that makes sense..I am sure that has happened on many occasions
But then, would the artists want that to happen?..they must surely get some say unless they sold off their parts too..e.g. they co-wrote most of the songs

I have a budget CD called The Voices Of ABBA featuring the solo recordings of Agnetha and Friday. They could do the same with the ex Spices - 4 tracks each.

I think Geri is more likey to than Emma (who i think should release a cd/dvd!!!) Geri's had enough hits and could also fill an greatest hits album with b sides and new tunes shes had 1 flop single and the rest were all top 10 hits 4 of which were no 1's so people who think she doesnt have hits should get there facts straight!!

Well if Geri gets XF gig i hope she does a similar thing to Dannii Minogue and re-releases her back catalogue. Rare remixes unreleased tracks a dvd oh that would be a dream come true for me! And yes there is a market i think easily not so sure about Emma shame really i own all her albums and love them!

I think Melanie C is the only one that actually has enough decent material to put on a compilation album, but even then i'd rather it be a b-sides/fan favourites album as most of her album tracks and unreleased stuff is better than her actual singles.

Well i do believe Melanie C is most likey to release one. A nice singles collection with a bonus disc of b sides would be nice and a seperate dvd. Long overdue if you want my opinion.

No! Well not big enough to warrant a best of (greatest "hits" would have trading standards officers looking at the smallprint).
