Sagemcom DTR943205 HD: Problems Prevailing
Does anyone who owns a Sagemcom box experience still have the problems of on screen graphics not appearing periodically? I have a machine but have not used it since December due to ongoing "switching it off at mains" exercises in order to get the display back.
Has an overair solution been developed to rectify this yet? |

Has an overair solution been developed to rectify this yet? Your box needs to be receiving a signal (dish connected). The box can be forced to receive the OTA update by pressing MENU > RECEIVER SETTINGS > RECEIVER UPGRADE. Although this new software seems to have stopped the disappearing screen graphics, it can also delete some of your recordings. For this reason, I would advise you to watch any recordings before you update the software. Chris. |

I have a DTR94250. There is a new software version (v1.4.8). This seems to have cleared the problem you describe.

There most certainly was a receiver upgrade waiting to occur on the box. Have initiated it and I all i need do now is wait to see if the problem has been solved. Thanks again. Steve.
