She is doing great, radio airplay is picking up and this can be a top 10 hit if everything goes well.

It is a very catchy song. And as long as she pretends 'Swagger Jagger' doesn't exist she could do alright in the US.

Apparently there is also a version with Snoop Dogg, that will surely boost her airplay but may backfire in the long run. It's all about standing on your own two feet.

Swagger Jagger would've been big in the US around 2005/2006 time. It sounds very similar to Hollaback Girl by Gwen Stefani and London Bridge by Fergie, and they both got to #1 there.

She should release the Astro remix in the US aswell imo. Astro is quite popular there.

Astro was on some talent show there, so he's fairly popular I think, especially with kids.

She can release 2 different remixes. The Astro one is already made aswell as the Snoop Dogg one, so I don't see the harm of putting it on iTunes.

Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas had a remix featuring 50 Cent, a remix featuring Kid Cudi and a remix featuring David Guetta, and all three got put on iTunes (and it ended up as the biggest song of 2009).

She should release Swagger Jagger, to be honest. The biased, pressed, gorgonzola'd British public were too busy being jealous and intimidated to conceive of its iconicness (beyond making it a number one smash though, obv).

Bruno Mars and Billionaire say otherwise.

But Bruno Mars featured on the track, it wasn't his song. Whereas WUB is Cher's song and will be having a rapper on it. Sure it'll garuntee a hit but in the long run it won't sell an album. Estelle - American Boy and countless of other's say otherwise. Features are good for the people who are featuring, look at Katy Perry, she did Starstuckk and If We Ever Meet Again and it really bridged the gap to Teenage Dream. I think it could work in the long run if they release a solo single afterwards and then release the album.

But it helps. Gaga had rappers on her first works, it helped gain an audience. Her album otherwise is solo. It's done for debuts for a reason. And it'll help shift an album. In the US it's nearly always a 1 single approach, the radio is too big to put out 2 singles. You only put out one and then launch. Adele did that as did Whitney and many others, even without a hit, and then they peaked. Standard procedure. It's the quality of the track that counts. Oh and Ms Perry used countless rapper remixes to hit #1. And she sold 2m of TD in the US

He can't be that popular as he came 7th; it would effectively be like Kitty Brucknell featuring and a relatively unknown artist's song in the UK - it really wouldn't help imo. The Snoop Dogg remix will give Cher much more exposure than the Astro version.

It will, but he's a rapper. And can't sing. He was never gonna last that long. It'll help for urban airplay. He is popular though. Both can be on the single EP.

How? Her single is gaining airplay and sales. She'll sell more records in the US.

But wasn't she going to be massive here as well? How much has her obviously much more expensive to produce than Rebecca's album sold so far?
