Nick is incredibly dull. I've never felt anything towards him... I don't like nor dislike him. Adam has grown on me in the past few weeks. And Ricky is simply the best person there (IMO).

In my opinion, although Im sure hardly ANYONE agrees with me, this is coming on ti be one of the best TA series ever.

Oh, ok:
1. Nick - just adorable.
2. Tom - made the odd mistake, but...those blue eyes
3. Ricky - really stood out in Wednesday's task. Liking him lots now.
4. Adam - funny, but the joke's in danger of wearing off.
5. Jade - oh dear.

1. Nick - would easily make the best work colleague.
2. Jade - apart from that one disastrous time as PM I've liked her.
3. Ricky - had a major boost this week, even found myself rooting for him to survive, despite lovely Gabrielle getting the chop.
4. Tom - dull dull dull, and no I don't believe the desperate edit to make him seem good.
5. Adam - making a major comeback but he has a long way to go.

3. Adam - Sends me to sleep inside ten minutes
4. Ricky - Dull, but doesn't really send me to sleep as such
5. Jade - No hope of any sleep whatsoever with that godawful foghorn-leghorn voice of hers reverberating throughout my skull.

1st - Nick/Ricky. Nick is just lovely, affable and co-operative. Some people think that he's dull but he has put in his fair share of hard work, no one seems to have a bad word to say about him. When given the chance to poach a member of Sterling to even the teams, Phoenix picked him in a heartbeat.
Initially I wasn't too keen on Ricky. He seemed arrogant and bossy, especially in tasks that he had 'expertise' in. However for me he's turned it all around in the last few weeks. It's nice to see a candidate who this process has been a learning curve for. I think Ricky has a lot more patience and his delegating skills have improved. Plus he told Stephen to get stuffed so he's the man of the moment right now lol.
3rd - Adam. Controverisal but he is enjoyable/humourous to watch, and doesn't appear to take himself too seriously. Plus he's another who seems to have learnt a lot from his time in the process. Selling may be his only real strength but at least he's learnt how to get the best out of himself.
4th - Tom. Can't say I'm too keen on him. I don't dislike him, but he NEVER looks happy!
5th - Jade. Can't abide her. Smarmy, smug know-it-all who always seems to be on the brink of losing control every time she's asked a question or her mobile phone rings.
