Regardless who was better tonight (I personally thought they were both equally good) the contest should be treated fairly.

Both Vince and Max (especially) have been treated appallingly when it comes to performance order. Becky has performed after Vince every time now, and Max has been given the worst slots in the lives repeatedly.

It doesn't even make sense because they could have split the show up by gender (boy girl etc.) and song style to make it more interesting to watch. Instead they've forsaken fairness for no apparent reason other then show bias.

It shouldn't matter who is better (though that's always subjective) what should matter is fairness. This is a competition.

If performance order really mattered Ruth would have been out before now.

For me Becky was the better of two tonight (but only just). Vince did hit a couple of odd notes but he does have an extraordinary voice, just wish he would not wear vests, especially tucked in.
