Anyone like Dizzee Rascal?
He's a fine and refreshing, different and very unique talent.
Up there with the best american hip-hop acts. |

I hate this kind of music but dizzee is ok. 'Stand up Tall' sounds great in a club, really like 'Fix up, Look Sharp' too. Oiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!

I heard that "stand up tall" and loved it, so brought the album.......one or 2 average songs, not really feeling it personally. I've been listening to Taz loads of late (another UK Hip Hop act)

I hope his performance on Tim Lovejoy & the allstars the other night wasn't a typical performance, 'cos it was absolutely awful.

"Respect Me" from the showtime album, is one of the hardest songs of 2004.

"Dream" has to have the weirdest choice of sample for a R&B song ever

To be honest, I think he is one of the biggest waste of spaces in the music industry....He's rap is so inchorent..its like as if he is doing it in Belarussian English...His songs are forgetable and his new one must be the bizzarest record I've heard all year...
Overrated tripe. |

I really like his style, its a bit different and dream is quite catchy after you hear it a few times
apparantly his Band Aid rap is meant to be quite good too but i guess each to their own |

I like him. I think he's different and not afraid to take risks... and in my opinion, he pulls them off.

Quite agree - Band Aid 20 makes Band Aid II look good, and that rap part in it is the lynchpin of my opinion. And that's saying something considering Matt Goss sang on Band Aid II.
