Sarcasm, yeah...I was sort of being sarcastic and sort of expressing genuine concern that this will be it for the summer BUT I'm quietly happy with the steady but progressive changes behind the scenes. I think LN is moving things in the right direction, which is something I don't think I could honestly say I have felt for a long time.

I read it again and I think it's now plausible

Though Chryed in two consecutive episodes when they DON'T have a spoiler is heading in the right direction, I think? It looks like things are changing; before they'd ONLY feature if they had a story - that's partly what was so annoying. But if they're in eps without absolutely needing to now, that could bode well for the future in terms of screentime!

Marc and the little actress playing Yasmin have great chemisty - sounds silly to say it when she's so young but they are very convincing and completely adorable together , and Christian standing in the doorway watching them and ducking his head in that shy/determined way of his a la camp cowboy.

OMG Sir Pete was totally channelling Camp Cowboy/Mutual ILY in this scene and I've only just realised. /bad chryedian

Thankyou both for the request and the gif. I've watched this on slowmo a few times and Phil's flying kick...and then Ben's face which I increasingly want to slap but then I go from that to all gooey in a milisecond. It's the way she rests her head against Marc and he protectivley nestles her with his chin. She also gives Christian the onceover when he comes in...similar to how she did with Syed when she first met him (I tell you she's an actress already because she went from giving him a very sideways look in that scene to smiling when he bent down to unbuckle her from her buggy...so many emotions in one scene)

Anyway from the way she was looking and holding daddy I think she was thinking 'You think you're going to get me to sleep that easily???...think again daddios because there's plenty of playing in me yet!) Maybe I'm reading too much into a look though.

Morning what a lovely gf to see upon my return to the thread, love the way Yasmin has her hand on Syed's chest and is looking at Christian as he walks in.

So we have a number of Christian & Chryed episodes in the next 8 days which is an increase of screentime even if their scenes aren't very long.
