Who is this DC character
Trying to work out which DC character this toy is. Any ideas ?
Mostly blue and white, thin, has a serious/mean face so could be a villain. Has some speckly/star pattern on arms. Masked and has pointy ears like Batman. |

I think its Batman Future Knight. He has a small red bat symbol on the chest.
