cant believe what they have done
placed an order for just under 70 pounds on the 27th
heard nothing so checked the order status they thought I wasnt the owner of the card (even though they took the money) had to email them my phone bill.that wasnt good enough then my bank statement they finally accepted it was me..

this morning they have taken another 70 pounds out again.
the emails from them are just all over the place.

will never use them again.

CC - I think you've been unlucky.
I've used them loads of times & never had any trouble at all, but I always order 1 thing at a time. I've never placed a high value order, just lots of orders to a high value .

OMG! I've just had a look at that site, as I've never heard of it, and the Aveda stuff I use is virutally double the price I pay. Why is that site so expensive?

I know, I don't know why people use strawberry.net it is ridiculously expensive. The only way I would use it is if I desperately wanted a product that wasn't available here and even then I'd think twice about it cause I like my products to be easily available.

Ive had merry utter hell from them will never use that site ever again.
they endedup taking even more money out of my account.
I got no sense so managed to find a CS manger email they are now in the process of giving me Refunds...Livid is not the word for it.AVOID

I heard back what the reason was,
all new orders have this with them,even if you enter the CC card/Debit card and use the banks own passcode feature when you agree the purchase,they now hold the order and await a bill or something to prove its you!! are they real or what?
ofc totally missing the fact im not a new customer yet it still affected me.

There is no way they will carry on like that its going to wreck them.
