Just had the upgrade to 20 megs from ten,but with my rather old motorola surfboard modem I cant get the 2 meg upload speed.
I phoned 150 and according to them the superhub, which is now all they supply,wont deal with the 20meg speed I would have to upgrade to 30meg for it to work.
This doesnt right Im, certainly not upgrading to 30

As part of Virgin's scheme to increase everyones broadband speed 30 mbps will be the new minimum.

They are upgrading everyone for free within the next several months anyway. Hence you don't pay any more for 30 mbps than you would for 20mbps or 10mbps. You might need them to give you a new superhub though.
