I can't say I have any sympathy for him. What he did was disgusting, I know he never told anyone to contact her and give her grief but it's as clear as crystal that that was his intention. And that to me is a downright wicked thing to do to an elderly woman who lives alone

I hope the neighbour has seen this thread and realises how much support she has had from us, if not someone should point her in our direction - she might get some surprises at what the Chawn's have been up to in the past! I wonder if the 'overseas' people she mentioned who were supporting her were some of Phil's FB 'friends' from NZ?

I was one of the people who contacted the neighbour and sent her a screenshot of his facebook page. It really really annoys me when someones privacy is breached like that, and i had no hesitation in letting her know what he had said. She sent me a message back thanking me for letting her know.
I also fired off a screenshot and a rundown of what he was "claiming" on Facebook to the reporter who was in court that day.
I hope the slimy smug grin is now gone from his puffy face!!!!

I think several people contacted the police and the reporter - Phil's arrogance and complete lack of apology to the lady concerned got more than a few people's backs up.

BIB: That's the problem isn't it? He's completely dim but thinks he's right the whole time and the arrogance of the man is gob smacking! EDIT: His solicitor really should have told him in words of no more than one syllable what he cold do and couldn't do with regards to this 'straining order' - he/she probably used too many long words explaining and they didn't have a clue what they were on about

Apparently the Chawnz are not very popular, in their home town and definitely regard themselves as being bona fide celebrities, and thus above the law. It will be interesting to see whether cyberbullying counts as breaking the straining order, or whether he will be charged with a completely different offence? Emma and Sam have sensibly not commented on the case, but Phil has written reams - it's not his fault, y'know.

whoever has access to Philths FB page: please make sure you keep those of us not been blessed with his mind-blowing friendship up to date on whatever this jerk posts regarding his cyberbullying....every time I'm gobsmacked by the Fearsome Foursome and what they say/do, they sink to new depths of disgusting behaviour....to think that years ago I was a very avid fan of "Dallas" and "Dynasty" but.the Chunky Chawners are SOOOOOO much better in terms of lies, twists/turns, backstabbing, meanness, blindsiding folks, and just good ol' drama! The Ewings have nuthin' on this bunch!
