And Tom knew it. During the design process, he seemed anxious about whether it would be too dull. I think after previous tasks, he realised creativity wasn't his strongest strength. He was really lucky that his and Ricky's presentation saved them in the end.

Nick's good with figures, good at spotting problems, recognising what works and what doesn't, and his observations were generally spot on. Yet he never seemed to have the guts to go against other team members on whatever he perceived and identified as problems. But is it really about him lacking the spine?
He seemed to say "Uh oh, there's a problem" and then stood by as if he was hoping this problem would be enough to become someone's noose. And it did. Every single time. I think he's a clever strategist.
Either that, or he's the weakest, dumbest but luckiest one of the lot.
