Someone had to be sent off on their own to manufacture their product. Nick Hewer identified it was less important than the branding aspect of the task in stating that Ricky should have sent Tom instead. Therefore that counts out Adam as PM doing it for his team. Nick is a web designer and therefore was valuable in creating the image for the product, therefore he couldn't go. Therefore only Jade is left. Was Adams tone a little patronising in sending her? Maybe. Was it worth making such a big deal of in the boardroom? Definitely not.

Karren bringing up the names Adam and Nick were throwing about in a brainstorm was the most PATHETIC thing I have seen on this show. Once again it highlights how unprofessional she is.

It appears picking fault during any brainstorming session is fast becoming Karren's forte.

As a woman, I'm struggling to disagree with this post and, indeed, the OP. Sorry Karren but it's true - you couldn't do enough to defend this gobby cow who has one of thee most irritating voices. She did exactly the same with Claire Young; she seems to love loud mouthed obnoxious women who talk over everyone, speak as though they're asking a question. Yuk. The biggest laugh for me this week was that Jade had the nerve to mention that it was this task they were being judged on. Err, don't remember that being relevant when she was the worst PM and she got out of jail through using her business plan. This week also, when she mentioned it (again) Sugar was nodding in agreement. Yep, she's won it.

I don't understand that statement. Since when have feminists been interested in advocating the rights of men? They are social scientists who believe in equal rights but unfortunately their debates normally want the women to come out on top and I don't mean that, before our giggling schoolboys, interpret that the wrong way in the sexual sense.

There's some real barrel scraping going on here to defend Karren who straight away in the boardroom, after Barrow Boy had talked said to Jade it was you who came up with the name. This ..... I mean the point of a brainstorm is to randomly chuck out ideas and sometimes even from stupid ideas, another idea can spawn from that, so it was highly unproffesional to bring up those names. What names did she come up with if she was so clever.

And you can bet if Jade was in the brainstorm, Karren wouldnt have said a thing.

She is sub par Catherine Tate character.

Although Jade is utterly awful I did not see anyone else coming up with anything better.

I never get the argument that such and such a candidate came up with a crap idea so it is their fault the task failed as no other candidate came up with a better idea.

Incredibly articulate PMSL!!!!!!! Sorry but the most ironic thing I've read on DS in a long time. So let me get this straight: she has an annoying voice, rambles her way through dialogue, goes off on a tangent, talks as though she's flustered. She wriggled her way out of being fired as an absolute dismal PM who couldn't even ARTICULATE who and why she wanted to bring back into the boardroom BUT she's articulate??????? She is a land on her feet merchant who would fall in shite and come up smelling of roses. Words now fail me.

Yes Laura was attractive but this one!
