I think its unfair to say he has NO personality at all based on edits of the show. I agree with the fact that he always has a blank face on, but there are times when we've seen a lighter side of him, laughing at Adam's jokes in the car or dancing hilariously in the swing dancing treat. He seems like a genuinely nice guy as well and you don't get the feeling that he's out to trample on everyone else. I like the fact that in the last task he told Ricky they were in this together, in stark contrast to the other team who seemed disjointed with every man/woman for themselves. Also in Task 4 he was very complimentary about his team and showed excellent leadership skills and a shrew business mind. I think his showing off about his knowledge though is definitely something he has to work on and I would put that down to his age and thinking that that is the way to impress people. However I think his age in general is a pluspoint and not a negative in terms of going into business with Lord Sugar.

Overall I think it will be between Tom and Ricky. I also like Nick but think the other two candidates may be stronger. At the end of the day a lot depends on their business plans also so its probably anyones game!

Kind of true I guess (the dopey bit -- the rest was a little harsh). But on the plus side he is the hottest guy to ever appear on the show (IMO). That Nick (young Nick) isn't so bad either -- has a bit of posh, gentlemanly charisma about him!

I wouldn't say Tom looks dopey. To me he's just an 'ice man'. He doesn't always show many outward signs of emotion but that can be a good thing as well as a bad one.

He's probably the most reserved of the candidates but I think it's good for the show to have someone who isn't quite as loud or in-your-face as some of the other contestants.

Adam was always cheeky but a little bit of a misogynist, Stephen was just a condescending and patronising creep from the start, Ricky is the arrogant showman but has become a little more humble after his previous failings (relatively speaking). I like Tom's more reserved nature given the different personalities in the show.

I think he's fab. Been my fave from episode one or two and still is.

Even though he's shown excellent skills at times, I don't think he'll win.

Tom is a hottie, there's just something about him - can't take my eyes off him.

I don't get it when people say that he's a "hottie". He's not manly enough, and he does not look very "healthy".

Ricky and Nick are the guys that I fancy. Ricky really reminds me of a guy I used to see. He looks similar to him and also speaks in a similar way and has similar mannerisms.

That glazed expression always makes me wonder if he's on something.
