Pacific TV Manual
All, I have a 4 year old Pacific TV from Asda and have lost the manual for it. Asda do not do this model anymore and i have tried to find the manufacturers website, but can't. Does anyone know where i can get a manual from, the model is ptv2501.
Thanks, Richard |

Well Asda still sell Pacific TVs, maybe you should ask Asda for a helpline phone number/contact details for Pacific.

Pacific TVs are made by Schneider, in Turkey I think. I was searching for information for this brand myself a few weeks back. I tried to find a website without success, and Schneider Germany didn't want to know. The only suggestion I can make is to look for an equivalent made by Bush as they often use the same chassis, and operation will therefore be similar. A good website for service info is here: http://www.eserviceinfo.com/

I'm pretty certain that Pacific is an Asda house brand, so the set could have been made anywhere (Turkey, China, Thailand etc..). Have a look at the back to see if you can find any other numbers on the labels. Do a search on google for these and you might get lucky and find the original manufacturer. These sets would have been made for lots of markets so there should be some info out there.
