Bit of Sharp Plastic in Ice Cream
I've just found a weird bit of black plastic in a sealed tub of popular ice cream...
Should I complain? Never happened to me before. What should I do? |

Is it a brand?
You may want to contact them but it's probably easier to take it back to the shop. You will get an exchange/refund and they will (should) make inquiries into the problem. You could always leave your details and say you are going to follow it up with the shop management and icecream brand company. |

It is a brand... I've called them and they're going to collect it for inspection.
Pretty scary, really, as it's quite small and sharp (clearly half of something that's in their machines). |

I found an odd bit of plastic in a Gu pud once, I wrote to them, encosing the pot and the plastic and they wrote back a lovely letter of apology and sent some vouchers.
Had Gu puds for ages after that. And the original one was bought from the reduced counter in Tesco
