After watching the latest episode, I actually think it's looking very likely that Lord Sugar will pick Jade as his business partner.

I've always quite liked her. Admittedly, she was a bit of a disaster when she was project manager for the 'smell what sells' task, but I quite liked her laid back approach and her mission to try and keep things simple instead of worrying too much about a complex strategy. Since that task, she's won as PM and this week she did really well again.

She has her flaws, like her indecisiveness but she can work on that. She is really creative, full of ideas and not afraid to take risks. This week she showed off her creativity, just like she did in Week 1.

I think she has a big chance of winning now. She initially showed promise at the start, then came to the forefront and was a bit of a disaster but now she's built herself back up again as a credible candidate.

What do you think of her chances at winning?

You don't say Davey? Sheesh, since Barrow Boy's pathetic lowly gutless sucking her toes after that terrible PM performance by mrs dumpy, she's guaranteed to win it. God, all I can say is, BB must have the patience of a saint to listen to that because I couldn't stand more than 5 minutes of it. As I keep saying, he seems to love these women who have irritating voices.

She has an awful voice, is terribly incoherent and inarticulate.

If Lord Sugar picks her then the shows credibility is shot.

This worthless candidate should have been sacked weeks ago.

The woman is a joke, a pathetic joke. She cannot string more than three words together without resorting to being a sub par Catherine Tate caricature. I would sooner set fire to my money than trust her with it.

haha M@ - I think, by Jove, I've got it! you know how Mrs Dumpy was talking about seeing how money is made and she can make Sugar loads of money, I have now realised that she's come up with an idea that Brady, as the staunch feminist will love: a whole relaunch of the Mr Men books but they will be Mrs Women. Yeah Craaaaadley Heath! I'm impressed. I'm a Brummie girl by birth but have lived in the BC for 19 years. I've not adopted the accent but I am so fascinated by it. For instance, I love the way that 'yam yams' elongate their oos so balloon becomes ballooon. I love any people who are what you see is what you get rather than being pretentious which is why I could relate to Adam. Last series, we had that dopey girl, can't remember her name, which shows how significant she was (!), who took the piss out of the Brummie accent. This was somebody who not only looked like she was stoned every show but had another irritating voice.

i am a posh Brummie (solihull !!!!) but worked in Cradley Heath for 5 years. Gawd bless yam yams. I like the way they insert "w"s into words so road becomed rowud and rude becomes ruwed and, of course, ow am yam, meaning, you know the meaning !!!

I was a WBA fan before I moved here and think they're among some of the best fans in the world. She always looked like she was on drugs and that task in Brum where she took the piss out out of our accent in the car just made me chuckle given her own tones.

You're right it was Natasha. I never liked her. I really really disliked her and although Susan "it's so unfair" Ma was not a bad candidate she was like a needy 4 year old I did not like her either. Some fun chat about her last year.

I think she has a good chance going by what we're shown.

Out of the ones left she seems to be the one who is more creative and has ideas.
In that respect the others don't seem to have that much about them.
And I think that must be a very important aspect too.

However, as most of us have learned by now, what we're shown doesn't necessarily tell the whole story.
For all we know the editing is quite possibly holding one of them back in order to make the final appear more interesting and exciting.

It could be any of them. Depends on what their business plan is as they will already have been chosen unofficially based on that.

But going by what we're shown Jade seems to have a lot more about her and I can imagine her actually generating some ideas.
Just being sensible and talking sense is not enough.

Tom still has a good chance too though I think because I remember a few weeks ago Lord Sugar liked the fact that he took a risk on something even though the risk didn't pay off.

Jade has been looking stronger as the opposition has falled back.

Nick looks damaged by the so low key he is submerged and what has he done? arguments. Its not LS's norm to take quite thinkers who don't stand up and he seems to lack drive..Tom LS seems to have an issue with and, frankly, he's not got a task right for a month because he's missed either the big picture or failed on people skills .Ricky is smarter than Adam, good at the same things and has some idea of strategy - but he's got a bad record of just not delivering the wins. If Jade has anything like a good plan she is in with a chance - she's ticked the boxes for effort and creativity and negotiating with people and Lord Sugar ought to provide the big picture she lacks.

I don't think Alan will pick Jade purely because of the problems he's had with previous female winners.

But those were winners from the time when the prize was a job, and the problem with Stella was that there was no real role for her. Now that the prize is investment in a business plan, that problem shouldn't recur.

Don't forget that he's already invested in Susan Ma, even though she didn't technically win.

Jade is useless. She hasn't had a serious impact in any of the tasks, or shown anything interesting.

She's in marketing, and it shows from the rubbish she speaks. It might be smooth, but most of it is nonsense. Did she make invent the alcohol licensing bit on the spot?

She should have been fired long ago!

She should have been fired on the re-investment task. But then Tom should have been fired on the urban art task.
