How to use Lush Big shampoo?

Do you use it like a regular shampoo? I've tried that but it tangles my hair and the gritty bits fly everywhere!! When I do get it on my scalp I feel like rubbing the usual way will rub my hair off because it's so abrasive.

Is there a knack to it, are you supposed to melt it some way before using? I'm confused

Did you buy it at one of the stores or online? If you called back at the shop, they'd probably be able to advise you.

I've used this before. Put what you are going to use on your hair in a little pot and add a bit of water. Mix it with your finger then wet your hair and massage it in to get a decent lather.

That's what I did. It's ok but have you tried the shampoo bars they are much more effective and better value for money

It's like a salt paste, smells like a margarita!

Yes, thank you. It worked better when I used far less. It's very very clarifying though, one for once in a long while I think!

I like the shampoo bars, it's just annoying that my favourites got discontinued! I liked the hard water one, that's gone now, and my absolute favourite I can't even remember the name of now because it was disconned so long ago! They are great for holidays though.
