My opinion of people on the show tends to be based on a combination of how good I think they are in business and how realistic their self perception is - therefore I always liked Ricky because when he presented early on, he'd done his research, and performed really well, so his arrogance was justified- whereas Adam had the confidence of a rock god and the brains of PC Plod. Jade I thought of as a bit of non-contributor until she project managed the 'smell what sells' task, and should have been fired. From that point on, I thought nothing of her as a businessperson, however she seemed like a decent person out of her depth, whereas Adam was an indecent person out of his depth.

Can't disagree with any of that. I have to say that the biggest two disappointments for me was the firing of Bilyana and Azhar. I thought both showed potential to go further and could well have sat in the final four.

Yes you saw him firing Jade first - and as she left, she said "Good luck guys!", and you saw the 3 lads all sitting at the table.

I forgot about that! Maybe they just wanted to bring out the person they had more questions for after the person that they had least. Jade was a slightly bigger personality and Jim more so than Susan, even though she was very talked about.
