My opinion of people on the show tends to be based on a combination of how good I think they are in business and how realistic their self perception is - therefore I always liked Ricky because when he presented early on, he'd done his research, and performed really well, so his arrogance was justified- whereas Adam had the confidence of a rock god and the brains of PC Plod. Jade I thought of as a bit of non-contributor until she project managed the 'smell what sells' task, and should have been fired. From that point on, I thought nothing of her as a businessperson, however she seemed like a decent person out of her depth, whereas Adam was an indecent person out of his depth.
