Series 2: Syed and Michelle. This one ended in rather tragic circumstances, after the stillbirth of their child.
Series 3: Paul and Katie, which blew up spectacularly in the former's face. Didn't last long after filming ended, and Paul's had some rather choice words about Katie since then.
Series 4: There were rumours that Michael was seeing Lindi, but considering it's since come to light that Michael was in a relationship with Katie Waissel, they're probably untrue (unless he was cheating on her, which wouldn't surprise me).
Series 5: Kate and Phillip, obviously, though apparently they've been on and off more times than the average lightbulb.
Series 6: While there were some rumours involving Chris and Liz, as well as a possible romance between two of the female candidates, I don't think anything was confirmed to have taken place.

To be honest, that's just what I remember reading in the tabloids and the usual gossip outlets while the series was airing; I couldn't tell you exactly where I found which rumour (though based on what Monkseal posted, I might have read the same story in the NotW and gotten Liz and Laura muddled up with each other).
Awww they'd make a good couple if that's true. 
I can't say I noticed anything between Nick and Gabrielle during the course of the show, maybe I wasn't paying enough attention.

Umm... basically any permutation not involving Stella or Joanna, who at the time were the only female candidates confirmed to be in a long-term relationship with a man.
To be honest, I'm not actually inclined to believe that rumour any more than I am the Michael/Lindi one. It just stuck out in my head due to the fact that even though there have been a number of openly gay Apprentice candidates in the past, Series 6 was the only occasion where a same-sex relationship was rumoured in the press.
