I bought a 17 foundation today for my mother,however it's to dark for her and she doesn't like it. I haven't opened it,and it was £6.29 so quite expensive.
I've checked on the Internet and most replies are that boots will refund it,I was wondering if anyone has actaully gone to refund something from boots.

I've got a refund from Superdrug for a cream which was too dark for me (although it said "light" on the box.) I'm sure you won't have any problem with Boots.
