Hi Guys.

I'm thinking about getting an apple tv.
Question for anyone who owns a box....

TV Shows, do you buy them or rent them?
If you buy them, are you able to stream them as many times as you like?

Cheers!

buy them.
once you buy them, they are available to play just like any other purchase.

the only rental content is movies.

Once you get over the cost and the Apple only playback, it's a flawless system.

You can't rent them, it used to be like that few years ago (at least on the US Store) but now the only option is to buy episodes/seasons.

The ATV3 is a great product, if you want to rent movies, watch shows, Netflix etc... then it's a great little thing to have

Once bought you can also download them onto your computer or tablet. I presume you could also burn them on to dvd but I've never tried that...

No, you can't watch them outside of Apple products (iTunes, iOS, Apple TV) as they have DRM.
