I have a problem with my Fondants, they are solid around the outside EXCEPT for the top where the liquid middle comes through after cooking

I am cooking for 12 mins @ 180c FA

This is roughly the recipe I am following - http://www.cookingwithalia.com/index...100&Itemid=110

How can I stop this?

Maybe cook for a couple of minutes longer or perhaps place the dishes higher up in the oven. Step 6 does say 'The baking time may change based on your oven.'

That picture does look fab, though.

Use the Gordon Ramsey recipe (google it) I made it every week when I was a chalet host and it works every time.
