Chocolate Fondant
I have a problem with my Fondants, they are solid around the outside EXCEPT for the top where the liquid middle comes through after cooking
I am cooking for 12 mins @ 180c FA This is roughly the recipe I am following - http://www.cookingwithalia.com/index...100&Itemid=110 How can I stop this? |

Use the Gordon Ramsey recipe (google it) I made it every week when I was a chalet host and it works every time.
