( you should see how they lay anchovies/sardines out & cook them out there - like a neat prepared fan - I'd just roughly throw them in a casserole dish - now vegetables would be given pride of place! Hubby's niece is married and her hubby & FIL are the messiest eaters I've ever seen! my kids would have gone to bed early with no TV!)
