Probably it was "KoolLondon.com". If Kool London is going out on 89.4 it's almost certainly a mistake, though, I shouldn't think they're unhappy with their long-term channel (94.6) which is one of the better pirate frequencies in London anyway.
There are a few possibilities:
1) Return of Unknown, accidentally relaying Kool due to link problems - unlikely I think, the TX sites are many miles apart, and there have been rumours Unknown have closed
2) New London-based station, accidentally / on purpose relaying Kool, either "bought" the channel from Unknown (i.e. paid their protection money) or just started up having heard the rumours
3) Someone closer to you relaying Kool FM locally
