WOW this could be the first time I have ever logged a station all the way from Ireland.
I got a recording to and ID.
It was called Today FM 101.4 it says from Carlow.
This has never happened before.
But it must be the actual station.
here is the clip that is well impressive as am in Clacton.
And Classic FM is on 101.5
here is the clip

NPO Radio 3 and DRP3 on 92.6. Which one I got depended on where I was in myy home, and I don't mean different rooms, but different parts of rooms. I could move less than a metre and be in a different country. Amazing.

Nice one Nick!

I've just received my first-ever confirmed Danish station:
103.00 DNK Radio 24syv Århus/Søsterhøj/Ny Moesgårdsvej 61

It matches the web stream. I'm not even going to try to pronounce that location.

Another new one at the same time, a British one:
97.20 G Stray FM Harrogate/Harlow Hill

My NDR Info from this morning was from Schwerin, but I can't find a match for what I thought was a 'Hitradio' station on 107.3. If anyone here heard it, they were playing Kygo feat. Ella Henderson - Here For You, and Walk The Moon - Shut Up And Dance at around 8.20 this morning.

The station on 107.3 was almost certainly Ostseewelle from...Schwerin

It started with a trip out to see where I could get the new Lincolnshire DAB multiplex and got more than I bargained for. I got a couple of DAB+ multiplexes from NDR on block 7A and Noordwest on block 9D. Now I know the difference on DAB+ that the sound just goes off instead of bubbly. Besides the DAB+ signals I got DR DAB on 12C and that 13B one I got about 10 years ago. Even a Polish multiplex came in but I forgot the block for that. Although I didn't get any Dutch and NPO Radio 5 I got Radio 2 on 88.0 FM. Back at home something else is trying to come in this time on block 5C.

I've just performed a band-scan at my location, here in Lincoln, UK
This is what I received with RDS

87.6 = NDR 2
87.9 = NDR INFO
88.1 = DR P2
89.0 = DR P2
90.3 = NDR 90,3
90.5 ?
95.1 = DR P2
97.2 = DR P3
98.5 ?
103.9 = NOVA
104.9 ?
107.1 = DLF
107.3 = OTSEE
107.9 = WIECZORN ROZMAI TOSCI POLSKIE RADIO JEDYNKA Current Time (Dynamic Text)

My antenna is a single rod (cut to 106.7 MHz) as parasitic element to Band 1 dipole (horizontally polarized).

I'm still receiving Denmark on DAB frequency 8B (197.648 MHz). For DAB, my antenna is a 5 element Yagi (vertically polarized).

Both antennae are fitted outside, 15 metres above ground, on a rotator.

That's Swedish Radio - Programme 3. I expect someone will tell you what transmitter it is.

Today FM is a national station in Ireland. 101.4 is from the Mount Leinster transmitter (which is in the South East between Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford).

Here in Worcestershire you can actually pick that transmitter up all the time (with Today FM 101.4, plus RTÉ R1/2FM/R na G/Lyric FM 89.6/91.8/94.0/99.2) from on top of the Malvern hills! Touch 102 from Lark Stoke blocks out Beat 102-103 though.

Only thing of interest I was getting last night was NE Wales & Cheshire DAB on my loft dipole. Holme Moss BBC Nationals on FM were at RDS levels too. Was like being back in Staffordshire (Sutton Coldfield, Llangollen and Holme Moss)

So for me, normality was restored at 17:00, but now I have mainly Dutch stations. Previously it was mainly German stations, with a few Dutch stations and fewer Danish stations. The Dutch stations were weaker than the German stations, but now they are stronger. On 103.2 FM now it is a Dutch station, whereas previously it was a German station.

This has definitely been the best lift I've experienced in a long time, if not in my whole life
