There are no RDS codes shown on FM list - and my PL390 doesn't do RDS anyway - so it's a case of finding the webstream to listen to and hopefully confirm. Also they have funny frequency spacings so a bit more difficult to pin down the exact frequency - FM List gives station +/- 20KHz which is helpful.
I only have band II FM aerials - so I decided to try it - after all nothing to lose. And wow! double hop to Russia/Ukraine. Log is below - and where there is doubt as to the location I've noted it.
Now I'll have to make at least a dipole to go outside.
