This was my first reception of auroral propagation since moving to Skegness and my best ever. I had expected to be receiving only Scandinavian stations so I was surprised when I found out that Denmark and northern Germany were coming through.
The furthest south received was Langenberg. As explained earlier, signals were very weak.
No visible aurora has been possible because of the usual 'auroral weather', i.e. 'cloudy'. I watched the clouds rollin from the north at 11pm local time. How predictable is that? EVERY time there has been the chance of seeing an aurora the cloud ALWAYS spoils it. It never fails!
Good DX!
