Signals from Belgium seemed to have swamped the South East today. I'm still receiving all major stations at RDS quality throughout the house

Another Spanish E-skip, this time on 87.6. It lasted about a minute. Eventually gave an RDS id as ''RDS' which isn't very helpful!

Another on 88.00 RDS says 'RGMusica'. Any ideas? Again they are around for a minute or so before disappearing,

I'm getting Spanish stations coming through on 87.9 but nothing producing RDS.
Stations from Nederlands are getting strong now.

Just received Waterstad FM on 93.2 a new one for me

87.6 = RDS, Seixal, Portugal

88.0 = Radio Galega Música from Valga/Monte Xesteiras, Galicia, NW Spain

Patchy signals here earlier on, mainly from Algeria with one or two Spanish thrown in as well.

Many thanks for identifying them. I can see the attraction of logging these.

(I need to be more careful over identifying Portuguese and Spanish! )

I've been DXing the past few days and today have noticed a noise that pops up in the fm band starts around 17 seconds, I am not sure if it is Powerline interference as (fingers crossed not to jinx anything) SW/LW and MW are currently interference free!

Anyone help? I have no idea if it is coming from my house, everything is wireless no ethernet cables or powerline adapters here

Cheers!

Had Virgin Radio from the Montreuil-sur-mer Bois-de-Sel transmitter on 87.9 on my way to work this morning; that's only 1kW from the Opal coast! Mixing with Omroep Zeeland from Goes at times.

Yes the band is swamped with Dutch stations here wiping out Capital, Kiss and Smooth radio.

I'm also getting Nostalgie on 98.2

A few Dutch stations coming through here, nothing too impressive though

Just doing a scan up the band and found Deutschlandfunk on 101.8 from Aurich in NW Germany which is a nice surprise. Almost fully-quieting/1 bar on the XDR.

Will have to investigate further...

Still getting quite a few BBCs and Classic FMs from around the country here.

Nothing much enhanced to the continent but East Anglia is well up tonight. The Tacolneston nationals are at a full-scale 3 bars on the XDR with quick RDS. A few other stations in the SE are also above average.

Strong Dutch signals here in Lincoln. 100.7MHz Q-MUSIC with immediate RDS.

I'm hearing a Dutch Amateur Radio Repeater on 145.775MHz.

Even some digital UHF TV on channel 39 (Ned1, Ned2, Ned3 & TV Noord-Holland). First time I've received any TV from The Netherlands this year!

Chris.

Glad to hear the tuner is working well for you.
I guessed you'd be getting some good tropo tonight.

Nothing Dutch or German here tonight. The tropo seems confined to East Anglia and parts of the SE.

I did hear DLF Aurich on 101.8 last night though. A lot of the time it was battling with Vivacité Tournai & Classic FM Swingate. 98.1 and 103.1 were also briefly heard from the same site.

Nice bit of lift here on DAB in Staffordshire/Shropshire this morning around 5:30 - 6:00, realised it might be good pickings when something started wiping out now wolves, Oxford on 10b very strong and HBB on 10C & 10D flying in wiping out Cheshire and Wales, something my radio wanted to tune into on 12N but couldn't and a strange lift of Nottinghamshire from somewhere! Nice, as the the other poster said we don't get much lift here in the midlands, I'm hoping for some French and German at some point so I can here what DMB & DAB+ sound like..

Leeds DAB multiplex on 12D has appeared on the DAB radio I have (and only then because I wanted to find out the bitrate for Gold in Yorkshire), which is normally nowhere to be seen this far south.

Was listening to Radio 2 92.6 Hilversum and a station named Ylex took over, a quick Google and this apparently comes from Kaarina in Finland. Wow! First ever station from there!

Got something on 87.6 right now, no RDS yet, but the PTY is "Social". It's a talk programme, not sure which language.
