Could well be the final one is the best of the lot - certainly the most natural anyway

So what's the connection? It says in my TV guide that they're all connected in some way.

Episodes 3 - 5 are definitely the better episodes in the series. I think the first two were two similar so I didn't enjoy them as much. My personal favourite was Holly's episode however!

Easily the best one - could well have been an hour this one and it would have been just as good I think - that's just how good it actually was

Last episode was the best one out of the lot. It was also great that the film maker put Margate in a positive light
and made it feel real. I remember when there was a film called Last Resort shot in Margate and they referred to it as Peacehaven! why? Im glad True Love stated it was actually Margate.

Two and half hours of my life that have been wasted and I'll never get them back.
The only redeeming thing was the beautiful shoot of Margate. |

Even though it sounds like the programme really wasn't good, I wish I'd gone to Margate to watch the filming. It's very near me by train.
Have all the episodes aired now? I may give it a try because I don't like watching tv "live" much these days and showing them all across four nights was off-putting, but I'm more eager to at least give the show a fair shot now that I can control how I watch it. |

The last one was by far the best, although I was hoping it would have a tragic/twisted ending involving the girl who was obsessed with him!
Generally I found the whole series pretty atrocious. Lack of depth, severe lack of chemistry, the agonising use of sledgehammery music, the repetitive nature of all the adultery storylines. I felt it really suffered from only being 30 minutes too so there was no time for anything to build. |

I loved it, the improvisation was great - (if sometimes rather obvious), - I forgot that David Morrissey, Billie Piper and Jayne Horrocks were actually improvising - they gave quality performances. Margate looked great, - what fabulous skies - it made a change from seaside towns being shown as rather seedy and grey!

How much does Lorraine look like Billie!?
I liked the Jane Horrocks episode, I thought there was a lot of realism in her scenes at home and leaving her daughter at university. Wasn't so keen on the last episode. After a bad start I'd say I've enjoyed this series overall, although Ashley Walters and David Tennant were both terrible. Absolutely hated the music throughout though. |

I liked episodes 3-5, but why was each story so short. What a missed opportunity for the BBC to put out really indepth drama series.

I the series think i have all the links throughout the series;
Nick's daughter in episode 1 is Karens friend in episode 3 Nick's daughter in episode 1 is Adrians "stalker" in episode 5 Serenas sister in episode 1 is Paul's wife in episode 2 David from episode 4 is sandras husband who is cheating on her with Holly from Episode 3 Karen from episode 3 is Adrians daughter in episode 5 I think i got all of them. I think that episode 5 must take place before, or at least, during episode 3 because why would Karen and Lorraine still be friends after Hollys episode, or maybe Lorraine told everyone about Holly and Karen because of what happened with Adrian. i'm sure that im reading too much into it, but i do have a lot of time on my hands. |

I loved the last one! Had me gripped, as I can relate to getting to know someone really well and falling in love before actually meeting them. Very very accurately portrayed. I really like David Morrisey, remember him in One Summer as a teenager, fantastic actor. I have really enjoyed this series.
