He can't win with some people. It get's criticised for not doing anything and when he does get airtime they still

I don't really like the highlights thread - it is very sneery about almost everything. Compare it with the WHATM thread, which is all polite objectivity with a scattering of wit.

I don't post much on the HLs but mount the occasional defence of Luke.

I don't know I've got a good feeling about Luke, they are a rather awful bunch, he stands apart from them to me in that respect.

There was a right old bitchfest and ganging up in the show tonight - especially towards poor Deana. It left a bit of a nasty taste in the mouth. Thankfully Luke wasn't involved.

I don't know if anyone is watching BBBOTS but it has just shown a clip of Luke A in the diary, talking about Luke S. He doesn't seem to like him very much.

Yeah I saw that and I don't blame Luke A. I'm not impressed by Luke S.

I know, I felt sorry for her Becky doesn't appear to be too pally with her now. It was nice to see Luke empathising with Lauren and I think his critisms of other housemates have been fair and not nasty.

Me neither, his romance with Ashleigh is tedious and doesn't seem awfully genuine either. It was nice that Luke A wasn't slagging him off, just stating that there was a personality clash.

He was one of only two imo, whom is a delight compared to the majority of them.

That's an unusual combination, I'm intrigued to know what they are talking about.

I was hugely relieved. Admittedly lying face down on his bed when it got too much was not high class entertainment, but it was a million times better than picking on Deana in that nasty way. And the comment about them watching the party being "like one of those David Attenborough programmes" was by far the nicest thing any of them said.

I thought it was a good show for him, though of course a lot of people have just taken against him. The bits with and about Lauren were very likeable, I thought his dancing was a little ungraceful but valiant and FAR from the worst (much better than Caroline's for example, as she probably realized) and he managed to stay heroically out of all the bitching and self-pity among the non-party-goers. I think some Caroline fans are a little on the defensive about tonight and are being hard on Luke accordingly.

Goodness. What an odd threesome. Scott is a total enigma to me at the moment and I have not warmed to Becky.

Haha I can imagine he was out of his depth. It's good to see that Luke is mixing with everybody - makes it less likely that he'll be up for nomination.

Guys there seems to be a little warming to Luke tonight. Quite a few positive comments on the "Luke A and Lauren" thread. There is also another thread by patsylimerick titled "I don't like any of them" where he says that the only ones he can tolerate are Luke A and Adam. Lots of people are agreeing with him.

That is a bit of a turnaround from the last couple of weeks.

I've noticed that too I hope this a sign of things to come and he continues to gain more support. It's funny how one of the least featured housemates has the most posts in his appreciation thread

That's cos he is a decent sort (or maybe we few are very gobby!).
