I Googled it a few days ago. It's from March 2008. Although there were competitors from 26 countries Jersey seems to have scooped loads of medals.

Yeah I've noticed this!
It's super adorable. & I really hope she avoids nominations this week, although I'm confident that she'd survive against any of her team in an eviction anyway, so it could be a good thing if she were to be up.

I would imagine it's setting karate moves to music - no pponent. Lauren's gymnastics would set her in good stead for this as floor exercises tend to be choreographed so. She is clearly one smart and talented cookie

That's part of the reason why I like her so much, I think I'd get on well with her. I did Jujitsu a bit when I was younger, and a bit of gymnastics, plus I'm a football fan.
