I'm finding it quite uncomfortable to watch now. The way Deana is treated by some of the housemates is appalling. Just then, Shiv contradicted herself so many times. How is Conor allowed to get away with how he speaks to her aswell? I know Deana can hold her own, I know she is articulate enough to get her point across without being absolutely vulgar and it's obvious she is a better person than them but it's upsetting to watch now. I hope when they get out and see how they have treated Deana they are ashamed of themselves.

This post probably doesn't even make sense but I'm just frustrated how she is being treated constantly by the same group of people.

It does make total sense ... it is painful and heartbreaking to watch ... and she is so lovely ... and stays so calm ... and tries to understand what is going on and what is happening to her ... I have no idea how she stays so gentle and forgiving ... she deserves some kind of canonisation for this appalling ordeal and her handling of the vicious treatment ... once it is all over ... and she is the star she deserves to be ...

I'm disgusted. I can't see what she has done wrong at all so imagine how she feels. I'm 19, I'm so much younger than them and I can see how appalling and wrong their behavior is but they can't? I shouldn't say this but how were they brought up? Seriously.

I don't know, I guess I just hate injustice, I hate that there is nothing we can do apart from support her all the way through and hope that when she comes out she knows that she is loved by a lot of people and the bullies aren't.

You are so right darling ... and age has nothing to do with anything ... but upbringing almost definitely does ... (and I speak as someone who has brought up a lovely child who is not far from your age ...)

It's frustrating. I agree. I swear I've never been this mad over a bloody TV show. I honestly don't know how people can think their behavior is right. I'm sure that when they get out of the house they would rather be in Deana's situation than their own. She has shown she has class, intelligence and beauty (inside and out) in abundance when all they have shown is how thuggish they can be.

Hello Madonna38, yes I know exactly how you feel, when Conor interrupted and told Deana to stop bringing him into it, it was actually Shievonne who did! I was so glad the way Deana didnt change tact and kept herself together there, I would have been ranting and raving or running off (most likely the latter, I tend to chicken out of most scary things ). She made her point quite exquisitely and Shievonne really had no comeback so kept changing the argument - in the end I found the fact Shievonne was trying to stir Deana against her own friends quite vicious!

I was feeling really angry about the others but this post has made me feel so much better You are spot on with your assessment here; just contrast how she took being up for nomination 2 weeks running to the others. I felt bad even at the end of the main H/L show when the others left her on her own, but she had this moment...

Going to watch that video in full - it made me happy last night even if it was slightly cringeworthy

LOL I should be back by friday afternoon/evening at the latest so I will hopefully be able to watch the show. I'm just hoping she isn't up.

I honestly think they just see and hear whatever they want to hear when it comes to Deana. They already have these pre conceived ideas of who they think she is that they can't or are refusing to see who she REALLY is. The fact that Deana keeps pointing out that Conor has never actually had a conversation with her proves this. He has never spoken to her yet seems to hate her so much.
In that environment it's a given that there are going to be people that you don't get on with or don't like for whatever reason and that is okay, You can't like everyone but what I do find appalling is how she has been treated. She has been ostrasised by the group from the start. You can tell that she has felt alone the majority of the time. Which makes me feel quite sad.

It's frustrating as a viewer to watch this happen and unfold in front of us but we can't do anything about it. Sometimes I just want to go in there and give her a huge hug and just tell her that she has so many people rooting for her, people who want her to just keep doing what she is doing.

I'm really glad Sara has stepped up and given her support, I don't really mind if its fake or not, having someone speak up for you in an argument must be such a nice feeling for Deana (re: the morning after the argument, when Sara snaps back at Shievonne!).

Lets just hope she stays strong, looking from the twitter timeline it seems she is getting in with some of the others. She won some spray tan for the HMs I think aswell,

There is a video where Adam tells Lauren he thinks they will lose Deana from their group too.... its quite sad if shievonne has gotten Deana all twisted like this OMG I need to go find some chocolate, getting so sad right now thinking about all this!

Deana to win,she's the only decent housemate in there,shame she doesn't have any real close friends in there,but she can stick up for herself,and is very articulate when doing so,no waving of arms,threatening language,shouting or swearing her head off

Hope our girl holds her nerves and doesn't allow Shiv to sway her. Can't be easy though. Who to trust must be weighing heavily on her mind. Let's hope her incredible inner strength that has seen her through to this point continues its job.

It may be best if Shiv went this week cause she's going to keep trying to turn Deana against Adam etc., At least Deana knows where she stands with Connor with his absolute dislike of her and her dignity in the face of that wins her more supporters. Though I don't think I could ever vote for him to stay.
