Hi,
Got a little syrian hamster (pickles) who's about 9 months old.
She has been getting diarrhea the last week a lot (she has a cage with see through piping) it looked quite bad on Tuesday.
I rang an emergency vet who couldn't do alot because of the holiday, I have read about wet tail, which worried me, so to keep an eye on her I put her in a smaller cage without pipes etc....
The thing is she is still VERY lively and drinking water and eating properly.
Can hamsters just get diarrhea from time to time or should I be worried ?

running a short marathon around her tubes and generally having a whale of a time, not seen anymore diarrhea so something must of just upset her tummy.
