2 Pasta tagliatelle nests
with HALF a defrosted = 400g Home made = Very Tasty & Spicy Quorn Mince Tomato puree Carrot & Butterbean Star Anise Chilli Flake Combo
Also steamed up a bowl of defrosted Broadbeans & 50 Small Brussel Sprouts
then mixed it all together in the bowl with the boiled & salted Tagliatelle = !!!!

Toast using a frozen slice of Hovis seed senstations
topped with a completely
combined mix of :-
honey and raspberry jammmmmmm

[ I only did this because :-
Half the The honey in the Rowse squeezy bottle had gone FUDDGEY & HARD ~~

So gave it a 30 second zap in the microwave >>>> to soften it
so I could pour it all out of the bottle and put this hot melted honey >>>> into the jar = with the last half inch of raspberry jam ]
